Frequently Asked Questions

On average, we try for a 2 to 6 week turnaround, but the pace of any project is set by each client. The website will only take a long time if we are still waiting for text and images from yourself. 

Primarily we use our own platform , Shopify and WordPress.

All easily manageable within in your customer portal.

1. Logo files, If you don't have one our designers will make you simple text one.

2. Images and videos, we advice on real photos of you,your staff,products and services.

3. We also require you to have text ready for headlines and text content of the web pages.

Your site is yours. You can move if you like, we will also provide zip folder of the site you might loose some features attached to out platform.

3rd  party integrations are services provided by other providers you can add to your site from bookings to full online store, just let us know what you require to be integrated.

Change request are minor changes that involve adding/removing a page, small changes to layout of text images.

We mainly only work on our own platform but if your website is less then 15 pages, we can easily transfer it our platform and modernize  it.
