As with their previous album, 100% contains various samples within tracks. Elements of One On One by Hall & Oates is used is Sugar; Can't You See (no artist) and Tom Petty's An American Girl feature in Big Night Out; and Back On The Block contains replayed elements from Tania Meets Klebb. The album also see's B.B.King (on Lucile) guest play on Mini Bar Blues.

Trivia:
Although jokingly referred to as 'The Mistake' during an interview, the alternative title for this album was 'Roughin Up Thugs'. In fact, a limited number were printed under this title before the disbute with the Columbian Goverment was settled.
